fortuneXchange -- The primary "in-house" business and financial backbone of the downstairs 5,000-10,000 sqft will be a retail information store and community gallery representing the services and products offered and made by local businesses, organizations, and individuals. Emphasizing information and visual samples of what the entire community has to offer, this store will essentially be a cutting edge resource center for locals and tourists alike who are seeking a one-stop shop for regional information, while highlighting member organizations and individuals who are part of the Fortune community.

Intentional Community Resource Center (ICRC) -- This secondary “incubator tenant” space briefly housed the ICRC, which is currently reorganizing. Stay tuned for info in ’09...
