the fortuneXchange -- Currently on hold and still under extended construction and development, the primary "in-house" business and financial backbone of the downstairs 5,000-10,000 sqft will be a retail information store and community gallery representing the services and products offered and made by local businesses, organizations, and individuals. Emphasizing information and visual samples of what the entire community has to offer, this store will essentially be a cutting edge resource center for locals and tourists alike who are seeking a one-stop shop for regional information, while highlighting member organizations and individuals who are part of the Fortune community.
Bookstore / Library -- This secondary incubator retail space is currently housing books -- some of which will be for sale, but most of which will become part of the fortuneXchange Library. Stay tuned for further info...

Most of an additional 5,000 sqft. of office and multi-use classroom space upstairs is being re-organized with a more direct connection to the fortuneXchange downstairs.
