Building a Fortunate Future

The Fortune Building has always been a work-in-progress, and thus there will always be a plan for improving and expanding the building vision and its current manifestation.

This Year:

During the 4th Quarter of 2011 we will continue to remodel upstairs rooms and transition to meeting, classroom, and multi-purpose uses (as opposed to more conventional tenant office rentals).

Books and other items are still being sorted and organized down below as funding options are being considered for construction completion on the street level. Eventually majority of the building will be occupied by the fortuneXchange.

The Next Few Years:

Background designs and budgets continue to evolve with regard to expansion and eventual plans to develop the roof.

The long-range vision includes finishing the prototype of this first building, and duplicating the effort elsewhere -- linking Fortune Buildings in different towns to each other, thereby sharing resources regionally as well as locally.
