Building a Fortunate Future

The Fortune Building has always been a work-in-progress, and thus there will always be a plan for improving and expanding the building vision and its current manifestation.

This Year:

During the 4th Quarter of 2007 we will be working towards completing the construction on the street level, and expanding retail use beyond the front and into the middle section, reclaiming an additional 2500 sqft of usable space.

The front retail corner will continue to be designed and finished for the fortuneXchange to initiate during winter '07-'08.

The Next Few Years:

Background designs and budgets continue to evolve with regard to expansion and eventual plans to develop the roof.

The long-range vision includes finishing the prototype of this first building, and duplicating the effort elsewhere -- linking Fortune Buildings in different towns to each other, thereby sharing resources regionally as well as locally.
